The bar is inside of Carl's Cabin, which is located in between the two houses. Carl's Cabin, designed by Eric Pagan, is currently under construction.
Based in Los Angeles, California, Mr. Pagan brings several years of experience in drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering within the architectural profession, having worked on both residential and educational projects. He graduated from Woodbury University with a BArch and has his own architectural design practice, Eric Pagan Design.
